Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our festival. Please review our ticket policy carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or inability to attend. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

This policy applies to all ticket types, including general admission and any meal add-ons or other extras purchased with your ticket.

Ticket Transfers

While we cannot offer refunds, we understand that plans change. If you're unable to attend the festival, you may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge.

To transfer your ticket, email us at groundhumseattle@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The name and email address of the new ticket holder

We'll update our records and send the new attendee their ticket confirmation. Please complete all transfers at least 48 hours before the event to ensure proper processing.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the event that we must cancel the festival entirely, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. If the festival is postponed to a new date, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled event. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund or transfer your ticket to someone else.
