Mission Statement

Our mission is to create meaningful connections through the celebration of experimental music and the arts, fostering a sense of community and creativity in the Pacific Northwest. Through Ground Hum, our annual winter event, we aim to provide a platform for both local and nationally recognized artists, emphasizing inclusivity and accessibility within the electronic music and arts scenes.

As a volunteer-run initiative, we prioritize supporting local experimental musicians and installation artists, particularly those from underserved communities, to ensure diverse voices are represented.

By producing Ground Hum, we seek to cultivate a space for collaboration, innovation, and reflection, offering attendees an opportunity to engage with the transformative power of the arts in an environment that feels both welcoming and inspiring. Through this, we aim to build lasting connections that extend beyond the event itself, strengthening the local arts community for years to come.
